"Rosinbank" OJSC announces the renaming of "Keremet Bank" OJSC

"Keremet Bank" OJSC, the successor of rights, assets and liabilities of "Rosinbank" OJSC, held today a press conference where presented the new logo and announced the rebranding, which is expected to be completed in October-November. 

Since October 2018 the National Bank has become the main owner of stock of shares of "Keremet Bank" OJSC. Its share after the next emission in May 2019 amounted to 95 percent. In August the General Meeting of Shareholders decided to change the name of "Rosinbank" to "Keremet Bank". Chairman of the Board of the Bank Erkinbek Zhumabaev told about the Bank's development strategy, logo and corporate colors at a press conference today.

The new logo is a three-color triangle which takes inspiration from the native Kyrgyz traditions. It is based on: ancient pattern of the opening flower, element of the main structure of the Yurt (kerege), symbol of the roof of the house and metaphor of the vault, which echo the words of the anthem of Kyrgyzstan "High mountains, valleys..." Color palette of the logo is represented by green, blue and gold colors symbolizing the Kyrgyz land: high-mountain peaks of glaciers nourish green valleys and zhailoo with reviver, give life and give all living beings on the territory of the republic an opportunity to develop and work for the prosperity of Kyrgyzstan.

Chairman of the Board of "Keremet Bank" OJSC Zhumabaev Erkinbek Altymyshevich told about the development strategy of the Bank's updated brand: "Today, financial institutions need to quickly rebuild their technology platforms. "Keremet Bank" is already actively working to promote digital banking and will continue to develop technologies. We have launched remote services for businesses and physical persons; we are developing digital projects for the corporate segment and will soon launch completely new online products. This is an era of high speed and technologies, innovation and innovative solutions. And our strategic goal is to be in tune with global trends. "Keremet Bank" will not compete with the new reality but it will become a part of it. "The challenges of the market are associated with the high rate of digitalization, the movement of customer activity online and the high level of remote services development. We understand that the digitalization of the banking sector will definitely make financial services more accessible to the population, and this is an important component for the development of the economy of any country."
